There are 7 Confucius Institutes jointly established with Beijing Normal University, including Confucius Institute at University of Manchester, Confucius Institute at San Francisco State University, Confucius Institute at the University of Oklahoma, Confucius Institute at College of William & Mary, Confucius Institute at Quebec, Canada, Confucius Institute for Innovative Learning at Aalborg University and1 Confucius Institute at University of Macerati, Italy.

Among them, our school undertakes the cooperative instruction of the Confucius Institute at San Francisco State University and the Confucius Institute at Manchester University. Each year, one or two teachers and several masters in International Chinese Education are sent to teach Chinese there, which has been making significant contributions to local Chinese teaching, teacher training and culture communication. Their outstanding work has gained a good reputation among the local Chinese embassies and consulates, Hanban and our partners. In 2011, the Confucius Institute at San Francisco State University was named an excellent Confucius Institute.
